Being grounded in love is self awareness. Self awareness nurtures your worth and honors your values.  Check your consumptions of how you release, receive and revive love for yourself and others by reflecting on your current conditions. 

Nurture your conditions by using the five love languages. The five love languages are a powerful tool that can help you soothe and connect with your loved ones; however, I want you to apply the five love languages to yourself. 

These languages - Words of Affirmation, Quality Time, Acts of Service, Physical Touch, and Receiving Gifts - are the different ways in which people express and receive love. 

By understanding your love language, you can show yourself that you love and care for you in a variety of ways that truly resonates.
